Registration and Course Information (SCJ-G)
Registration and Course Information
Registration consists of the following steps:
Course selection with the aid of faculty advisement or the school's advising office staff.
Course offerings can be found online: the Schedule of Classes website.
Entry of the selected courses via the Rutgers web registration system (WebReg) by students with system access, or with the assistance of the registrar's office.
Completion of the RUHere confirmation of attendance process is required when attempting to access any online system that requires login with their Rutgers NetID. Failing to participate will result in classes and financial aid being cancelled.
Payment of the term bill (tuition and fees) for the approved program via the Student Accounting and Cashiering website.
All students, by virtue of registering, agree to comply with the regulations of the university.
A student admitted into a degree program is expected to remain registered in every fall and spring semester thereafter until completing the program and earning the degree. Usually, a student registers for courses or research and, if necessary, may register for matriculation continued (leave of absence); a student who fails to maintain continuous registration may not resume formal graduate study or register again in the School of Criminal Justice without first applying through the Office of Academic and Student Services for readmission.
